Memorandum of Understanding between TATA, India and DWF
An agreement has been signed between TATA Group and DWF to enhance cooperation and promote Danish technology in TATA Group. Among selected topics for cooperation are: Water management, pollution control, water supply including groundwater and development of cleaner technologies. Signing of the agreement will be followed up by a visit to TATA, India in June 2012. Invitation to Danish Water & Wastewater Forum and Indowater 2012 in Surabaya-Indonesia, July 11-13, 2012

Drop by Drop - The Future We Want
The Nordic Council of Ministers is sponsoring the prize for the overall winner of the UN competition about water "Drop by Drop", which will be presented by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik on June 5th, at 13.00 in Copenhagen. Besides the Minister for Development Cooperation, Christian Friis Bach and Director Carsten Bjerg, Grundfos, Director Karin Lexén, SIWI, Magnus Rystedt, CEO - NEFCO and Helle Munk Ravnborg, Senior Researcher, DIIS will participate in the meeting. Increased focus on water on Stateofgreen.com
Stateofgreen.com is the official platform for Denmark's energy, climate adaptation and environmental solutions and activities. Here users from all over the world can explore solutions, learn about products and connect with profiles. In cooperation with DWF, State of Green is increasing the focus on Danish water technologies and know-how. As a result, water will soon get its own section on stateofgreen.com, which will increase the promotion of Denmark's experiences and solutions within the blue sector to international decision makers. Agreement with Danish Trade Council
Danish Water Forum signs agreement with the Danish Trade Council on cooperation towards promoting export of Danish water technologies. On the occasion Pia Olsen Dyhr, Minister for Trade and Investments, visited DWF and signed the agreement jointly with Bjørn K. Jensen, Chairman of DWF. See more

WWF - Marseille 2012
DWF participated in the Danish pavilion at World Water Forum in Marseille, 12-17 March. The pavilion was co-funded and organized by State of Green and DWF and was further sponsored by Alectia, AVK, DHI, Grontmij and Grundfos. Danish Water Forum is a network of Danish water organizations aiming at highlighting Danish water expertise and knowledge and facilitating concerted actions. The competences and high standards of its members make DWF an excellent entry point to the Danish water sector and its services within all aspects of water industry, technology, science and management. DWF represents:

  • Contractors and manufacturers
  • Water companies and consultants
  • Research institutions
  • Government authorities and NGOs

DWF is open to all Danish organizations within water and related sectors such as environment, agriculture, and health.
